WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

—————–
Generative and multimodal AI is rapidly reshaping accessibility and
assistive technology: from real-time visual assistance for blind and
visually impaired (BVI) users, to adaptive interfaces for people with
different needs, to personalized digital health support.
However, building truly inclusive systems remains challenging.
Reliability, latency, privacy, bias, and evaluation in real-world
conditions are still open problems.
This workshop provides a focused venue for researchers and practitioners
who want to push the frontier of neural architectures and generative
models for real, measurable impact on accessibility and autonomy.

TOPICS OF INTEREST (NON-EXHAUSTIVE)

———————————–
– Multimodal LLMs for assistive technology
– Generative AI for accessibility (content, interfaces, personalization)
– Assistive cyber-physical systems enabling autonomy
– Digital health: remote monitoring and adaptive clinical support
– Real-time visual description and scene understanding for BVI users
– Adaptive XR for inclusive learning and training
– Haptic rendering and multimodal feedback for accessibility
– Ethical design, intersectional bias, fairness, safety, privacy,
  and governance
